About Us

Doonmoon Flowers is a flower farm and floristry design studio in Limerick. We grow high-quality cut flowers and offer a design service for those who are looking for something more than the ordinary. Our flower varieties range from cottage garden favourites that spark old memories; to unusual and interesting cultivars, grasses and seedpods. We curate these to create an effect that is graceful and romantic; reminiscent of idyllic gardens full of trailing foliage and tonal colours. Our service is professional and friendly and we make occasion flowers the simplest part of your event planning.

Weddings

Your wedding is one of the culminating events of your life. Through the enquiry and consultation process we will thoughtfully curate wedding florals to match your personalities. Our nature based designs can be as unrestrained or understated as you are. We have the experience to make impossibly beautiful florals.

Trade Flowers

If you are a retail florist and would like to have locally grown flowers to offer your customers then we would love to hear from you. We grow a wide variety of blooms for colour and texture so If you are working with a particular theme, colour scheme or mood board, we are sure we can help.

Corporate & Editorial

Flowers can elevate any retail space, corporate space, event or photo shoot. Not only can we offer our distinctive creative flair, our raw materials are distinctive too because we select and grow them to be different AND beautiful. Our flower varieties are not readily available from retail florists and our environmental credentials are beyond reproach.

Flower Club Days

At the height of the summer, from June to October, we open our farm for flower arranging days where small groups come to our flower farm, roam the gardens, get a generous bucketful of flowers and be creative with as much or as little guidance as they like. The themes covered, like the flowers, change throughout the season and there is plenty of tea and cake to keep the creative juices flowing.

Subscription Flowers

For those who can’t live without beautiful cut flowers in their home, or would like to give a gift to someone special, we offer a subscription delivery service that runs from April until the last blooms fade in October. This is a large bouquet of beautiful blooms that reflect the variety of the garden as it changes throughout the season. The flowers themselves could not be more fresh. You decide the frequency of delivery: weekly, fortnightly or monthly and you can cancel the subscription at any point.
